Restaurant charging more than MRP and GST on MRP

Overcharged for mineral water bottle. Value: 20 I went for lunch at haveli Dharampur Himachal Pradesh. The MRP on bottle was rs20 but they charged me rs40. When I asked for bill for this, they gave me bill of rs 40 + rs7 GST on that.

He had used the car for extra one hour and for which he paid additiona hire charges however the customer was presented with a demand Notice for additional Rs.6000/-.
