Restaurant charging more than mrp for bottled water

We had a dinner on 21st June 2018 at Palamuru Grill,Kompally Branch and the total bill was 667.00 including GST.
But They charged water bottle cost more than MRP and I have asked to restaurent guy regarding this.
Actual Water Bottle Cost :19.00 but they Charged 29.00
