Restaurant charging more than mrp for cold drinks

Nagaarjuna Resturant Bangalore has over charged 2 cold drink bottle which were priced at MRP Rs 18 each, were charged Rs 42. On being asked to manager, Manager said we can charge anything, we can even charge Rs 80 or Rs 90 if we want.
