Restaurant selling cold drinks at more than MRP

I have visited a small restaurant komala tiffins in pragathi nagar kukatpally . I have asked the owner to give me small thumps up bottle which has the mrp price as 18 rupees . But the restaurant owner was asking me to pay 2 rupees extra for cooling charges in total (20 rupees). I said i would pay you the mrp price only why should i pay you more. If it is burden for you to keep a fridge and cool it , thats his problem . Why should a normal individual bare his electricity charges. I request you to please do the needful on this regards.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
