I ordered a Bluetooth Device Jabra bt 2046 on 8th may-2018 from www.amazon.in which costs Rs. 949.00 and received the product on time. But when I checked the product and found that it is not music supported, it supports only call. So I contacted customer care on 16th and 17th May for the refund or to replace, but they denied and clearly told me that they are unable either for refund or for replacement for other product. I am totally unsatisfied for the product, that is why I want refund or replace for other. Now in case a customer is not satisfied for a product, Is it not his right for refund? So I would like to bring your kind notice about this issue and request your kindness to resolve as earliest possible.

I have ordered for 2 packs of fans on amazon and paid for it but delivered only one.I told to customer service executive for replacement but denied by them they initiates for refund but when I was going to order it again the prices gets doubled.Yet to receive my refund.What should I Do?
