I had purchased a pair of shoes from NykaFashion, for which I later raised a return request as the size was inappropriate. return placed on 1st April 2025 with Nyka Fashion.
The return was assigned to the courier partner ShadowFax, with the expected pickup scheduled for 2nd April. Since then, the return has not been picked up, and false updates are being logged daily by the pickup agent stating that “the customer is not available.” This is absolutely incorrect.
I have been available at the registered address and phone number every single day, and I have consistently received missed calls from the pickup agent, after which they either reject any return calls or do not answer. This behaviour appears to be a tactic to falsely close the pickup attempts without any actual effort made.
Due to these deliberately misleading updates, my return request has already been cancelled multiple times, and I had to contact your customer care team multiple times to reinstate it. This process has been exhausting and unacceptable.
Not even the customer care IVR is properly working for ShadowFax.
I have tried to raise this issue with both the parties and have done multiple followups but to no resort.
