Reversal if POS decline charges by SBI

I have a SBI saving bank account number 33xxxxxxxxx3 at Ichapur Store Bazar Branch, Branch code – 01797. On 12.01.2018 my account balance was Rs 2574.69 and I purchased some grocery of Rs 1708 from CSD Canteen Fort William Kolkata. I tried to make the payment through debit card but due to some reason my transaction has been failed. As I don’t received any transaction message and update on my registered mobile number, the debit card has been swiped more to make the payment but every time it’s failed and showing some error code. Anyhow I made the payment by cash and came back. But after some time I got a message from SBI for transaction of Rs 1708 as well as 3 messages of failed transaction due to insufficient fund.
On that day before purchasing I have sufficient balance in my bank account but unknowingly as I didn’t received any transaction message and update on my registered mobile number immediately my debit card has been swiped more and decline charges of Rs 23.60 per transaction for 5 times (Rs 23.60 × 5 = Rs 118) impose on me.
I got reversal of Rs 1708 but didn’t receive my decline charges.
Need your help regarding reversal of decline charges as I have sufficient balance in my bank account on that day.

    Hi, We suggest you write to the branch and seek reversal of charges.
