I had taken the RTO services from Quikr to transfer car registration from one state to another. Post confirmation from Quikr (all the evidences are in email communication), I was sent a online link for payment. I made payment of 61K as per their request. After 2 weeks I get a call and an email stating that they are unable to provide services and my money would be refunded. I am asked to provide bank a/c details on 20th Feb ’18, and I respond back with the requisite details on 21st Feb ’18. With an acknowledgement from Quikr that I will be refunded in 12~15 days its is 4TH April ’18 and I yet to receive the refund. The only emails I receive from Quikr after following up is apology emails and things would be handled in 48 hours. Would like to understand if I can file a complaint with Consumer forum and take legal action
