I have three running capital first account which is a consumer durable loan out of which one of the loan was the last emi I had to pay. However due to unavoidable medical reason I had a lot of expenses to take care of in the month of aug and Sep due to which for the month of Sep I missed out on making the payment to go through.
However I rcvd calls two to three times daily from capital first recovery people and I told them about my problem and that I need some time to pay the pending balance.
But today I received a call from AGENT name mxxxxxxi who spoke very badly and then later handed over the phone to a male executive whose name I did not register… He was so rude and abusive on call and used all kind of demeaning words making a mockery of my medical issue and saying we cant afford and what not. I asked them not to shout and scream but the person continued. I had to disconnect call and as the people were abusive even I had to use same kind of language. But I am traumatised by the kind of words I had to hear.
I want strict action to be taken against these people. Not being able to pay the emi once on time doesn’t mean that you guys can speak like this and give mental trauma and scare people.
