Ryzodeg pen refil injection leakage

I bought four (4) ryzodeg pen refil injection gor the treatment of my wife at akola But two injection are leaked from back during injecting the injection . It is very dangerous to patient how much does she get and how much was leaked. Therefore please allow me to replace two new pen refil injection. I carried out both from pen and inserted a new one. I will submit bill for future both injection are very costly
