Salon refusing bill for service

I visited a Salon (Layers) in my market next door – The Nirvana Courtyard this evening. I was refused a bill for waxing. They sell some shampoos etc for which they were making bills but not for small amounts (INR 100). But even after asking twice, they can’t refuse a bill which they did.

Complaint against Nivea Soft Cream – Rs.1,529/-: Mrs. Rekha Goyal of Nangal, Punjab (goyal1961@yahoo.co.in) had posted a complaint with ICF on 02-12-2009 with regard to Nivea Soft Cream purchased from the local market. Refund from OYO-Life – Rs.7,999/- : Ms. Ankita Singh of Gurugram, Haryana moved out from OYO-LIFE on 2nd march. She was assured that refund was initiated by them on 7th march but she did not receive the money. She contacted the customer care many times but did not her money back. He did not get any confirmation from MMT or transaction SMS from the credit card company. Therefore he booked the same ticket through another travel portal.
