I bought a phone from Samsung in June 2020. Free earphones were promised but in spite of my repeated follow ups it was not provided. Also the phone had to be repaired 3 times in 6 months. They have agreed to give me a refund but after a lot of harassment from their end and no acknowledgement for offer that was not given. I wish to file consumer complaint against them.
