Samsung Monitor, False Information on site & manual

I bought a Samsung monitor (LU28E590DS/XL) based on the information available on the site (Amazon India) and the product manual on Samsung website for the product.
It was confirmed that it is a wall mount monitor. On purchase and after numerous follow-up and delays from their side, Samsung says it is not wall-mountable. Refuses to refund / return product. The product site and manual continue to carry the information that it is wall-mountable. Here’s information of all the complaints i have made with Samsung.

Refund from Quikr – Rs.3,000 – Ms Vaishali Yadav, Katra, Banda, UP paid Rs 3000 to Quikr for premium ads service to get buyers at maximum price all over the world. But after the payment there was response from Quikr. Neither they were receiving calls nor responding to emails. Ms. Yadav posted her complaint at ICF on 27-05-2017 and the matter was taken up with Quikr. After various follow-up emails, Ms. Yadav finally got her refund by 28-06-2017. Katra, Banda, UP

Mobile replaced by Micromax: Mr. Vaibhav Sawaiker of Borivali East, Mumbai 400066, Maharashtra (sawaiker_vaibhav[at]rediffmail.com) had purchased a Micromax phone on 07-04-2013. Since January 2014, he was having series of problems which could not be rectified even after servicing. He wanted a replacement but Micromax was not willing to do the same. He posted his complaint with ICF on 03-04-2014. After much following up Mr. Sawaiker got replacement first week of May 2014. Mumbai, Maharashtra

Wrongful demand from Zoomcar – Rs.6,000/- : Mr. Avisek Chakraborty, Kolkata 700050, West Bengal availed car rental service from zoomcar in Bangalore on 16-12-2018. He had used the car for extra one hour and for which he paid additiona hire charges however the customer was presented with a demand Notice for additional Rs.6000/-. Customer had posted his complaint with ICF on 24-12-2018 and the matter was taken up with them. Finally, Zoomcar agreed to waive the demand and close the matter. Kolkata 700050, West Bengal

Complaint against Nivea Soft Cream – Rs.1,529/-: Mrs. Rekha Goyal of Nangal, Punjab (goyal1961@yahoo.co.in) had posted a complaint with ICF on 02-12-2009 with regard to Nivea Soft Cream purchased from the local market. She had stated that her faced swelled on using the cream and she incurred Rs.1,529/- for treatment. ICF submitted the claim to Nivea and on 11-01-2010 Mrs. Rekha Goyal has confirmed that she got refund of cost of nivea soft and medical expenses. Nivea - 11.01.2010

Complaint against ABN Amro for debiting twice for a single IRCTC ticket booking transaction – Rs.1290/-: Jahnavi Ayachitam of Bangalore had tried to book train ticket from IRCTC(site using ABNAMRO debit card on 2nd May 2009 for Rs.1290 from Bangalore to Hyderabad. The transaction did not go through and she booked the ticket with another debit card later. When she checked failed transactions in her IRCTC site, there was only one failed transaction with ABNAMRO. Refund from Peachmode – Rs.1,599/-: Ms. Pooja Singh of Bangalore 560029, Karnataka made a purchase from Peachmode.com for rs. 1199/-and returned it as she dint like the product and opted for a cash refund. Refund from Shopclues – Rs.1,328/-: Ms. Ankita Jadoun, Jaipur 302020, Rajasthan had purchased a mobile from shop clues model Nokia 5233 but received wrong product with all accessiories damaged, charger was not connecting to phone. She complained several times to shop clues but they refused support. The customer posted her complaint at ICF on 31-03-2017 and the matter was taken up with Shopclues. Claim against MakeMyTrip / Shiftthoughts Consulting – Rs.5500/-: Mr. Brij Mohan Bhatt of New Delhi (brij.bhatt(at)maxbupa.com) had done a transaction with Shiftthoughts Consulting on 03-10-2009 to avail an offer through MakeMyTrip.com for the value of Rs.5,513.90. Mr. Bhatt neither received the coupon nor any communication from MMT. They did not agree to refund the money. Refund from Subhbandhan matrimony – Rs.4,000/-: Mr. Harsimran Singh of Amritsar, Punjab registered with Subhbandhan matrimony services for suitable proposals by making a payment of Rs.4,000/-. As per the consumer, the agency provided fake number and contact for proposal was not genuine. Mr. Singh requested for refund which was denied.
