I have ordered a Samsung LED TV in samsung online website itself, i ordered it on may 20 2020 and it showed that day as order approved and will be delivered before june 10. But even on June 1st my order was not even packed so i checked with samsung customer support. They informed it should have been shipped to reach me before june 10. But none in samsung looked into my order. Its june 12 now and the order status is still the same like how it was on May 20. i gave many complaints to samsung customer support and every time they are telling me that i will be contacted by the back end team in 24 hours. Its been 10 days but they never bothered about my issue. Samsung india customer support doesn’t even care about any consumers. They are not even letting me speak to there manager.
