My Samsung Note 4 purchased 2 years back from Mumbai, From R city mall Samsung exclusive Retail shop. 2 days back there was an Software update patch which was scheduled. And i downloaded and installed it overnight. After that the phone started hanging and shutting down automatically.
I formatted the phone and also did the factory resetting.
But didnt help. So when i visited to the Aundh Authorised center to get it sorted out. The Main engineer over there bluntly said, this phone has some technical error and is not getting repaired.
He has 3/4 more Note 4 with the same problem. And the samsung Headquater people who run the show knows that there is an technical glitch and the mother boards are getting shutdown after trying to install the software again.
If these is a Manufacturing fault, why should the consumers bear the brunt and loose such a huge amount over the phone, due to the technical error from the companys software. I need the reimbursement of the same. This phone costed me 55000
Additional to this i have a video recording where the engineer has said all this conversation fir further proof.

Even same with my case,Today i had been to samsung service center with same issue with Note $, They blindly said its motherboard issue and you need to replace it(Without checking), did you get any solution for this?
