SBI customer care asking for documents repeatedly even after providing same

I am using SBI CARD for the past 6+ years and have never been delinquent. I have asked sbi card to increase my credit limit during June 2017 , to which they have asked me to submit singed ITR or Form 16 or Latest 2 months payslip. I have provided them with 2 months latest pay slips during August and htey have not taken any action.

When i raised another query in Nov – they did acknowledge that they have recieved 2 payslips in August but asked me to submit the latest documents once again. I have sent Sept, Oct and Nov payslips and also the form 16 part a and part b scanned to them in Dec 1st week. They have rejected my request outright and asked me to reach out to nodal officer.

I escalated the request to nodal officer who replied saying that as the request is with customer care – he would not comment or take action. but also proimsed that i would recive a call back with in 48 hours but it has been 10 days so far.

From the very next day i started recieving emails from SBI card asking me to submit the documents again. I received the same emails again and again from customer care on 15 Dec, 16 dec, 18 dec, 19 dec. I have been sending them documents again and again except on 19 as they broke all my patience levels.

It is very evident that the customer care staff are not even checking the emails before responding to the customers. Mine is a normal credit limit increaase request. It is truly horrific and difficult to imagine the pain of people who are complaining to this email ids expecting a resolution.

I demand the Customer care to handle my request properly and mend their ways and to meet the minimum levels of customer service. No bank is too big to Fail that applies to SBI as well.
