I have purchased a Asus Company Mobile Shopclue , after received when I start to operate , it was not functioning ,Then i complained to Shopclue where i purchased ,Shopclue told me that you consult to Asus Service Center ,When i visited to Asus Service Center Kolkata with mobile ,after checked Service Center told that this mobile have been opened earlier, i can not give service for this mobile, then i had complain to Customer Care and support-in[@]asus.com . From support-in[@]asus.com informed to me by phone that this mobile phone have been used dated 31/11/2015 to 30/11/2016 , now it is second hand and warranty period already expired .Then i informed to Shopclue ,but Shopclue is not accepting harassing to since two month .Please accept my case and solve my problem. I have invoice copy .
