SF Sonic inverter battery service issue

I have purchase a brand new sf sonic inverter battery since 08 may 2016 with 30 months warranty period. Battery not working properly from last 15 days, then I have complain on 16 sept. 2017 by company customer care. No any right action by company till now. I am tried to trying call sf sonic customer care. Plz solve my problem.
