Shop selling water bottle at more than MRP

I purchased a water bottle of aquafina frm MotiMahal Delux which is situated in ASJ Grand Plaza Mall , Bhopa road , Muzaffarnagar – 251001. The original cost of the water bottle was 18 rupee but I was charged with rupees 21 in the bill. I did not said anything to the staff or manager as I saw this afterwards but I am writing to you so that you may take action against the Hotel and punishment should be given so that they may not repeat the same mistake again. Hoping for strict action to be taken.
