Shopclues not accepting return of product

I recently bought an iBall CR24 card reader from ShopClues for 283?. On 25/05/17 my product was delivered. But after I opened it, I was not satified with the product. It seemed like something I could have bought for 70-100? from any store. That’s why I wanted to return the product. I submitted a return request through the ShopClues app. But on 26/05/17 the app is showing “Return Rejected”. The company haven’t given any valid reason as to why my return was rejected. I wasn’t even given an email that my return was rejected. They have not contacted me after I sent an email. I want them to give my refund back in my bank account. They are selling useless products for much more money than it’s worth. I am not gonna buy another product from ShopClues.
