Shopsy / flipkart is not picking my return and not refunding

Flipkart and Ekartl are cheating and forcing me to keep the product. On 20th july 2023 i kept return request. My return was accepted and pickup last date was 25th. From 21st daily I’m getting 2 sms from Ekartl that someone is coming to pick up the item, at night another sms saying that they couldn’t pick up so rescheduled tomorrow. No-one came for pick up and on 25th my return was cancelled. When I asked customer care, they said something went wrong and rescheduled return, last date of pick up was 31st. Same thing repeated till 31st, again rescheduled and Iast date is 10th of August. On 3rd I tried to talk to Ekartl pick up person, morning he said he’ll come in 1hr. Evening he said he just arrived at my apartment, latter when I called he didn’t picked my call. I talked to flipkart customer care, they asked me to wait till 10th. As soon as I kept the call they cancelled my return again.
