Siti Broadband is not returning my security deposit

I have taken a connection from your organization. During connection time this company have explained to me that Rs. 2300/- is a security deposit and will be returned while surrendering the connection and modem. But now your customer service team is saying that it was activation charges.

I don’t know how Siti Broadband can cheat people like this. Anyhow it is their own choice to cheat your customers or not. But as per commitment you have to return my security deposit.

Sitibroadband will never  succeed like this. If this siti broadband thinks that like this (with cheating people) they will increase their customers base, so forget it. Now there are a lot of options available in the market.

Like this I can promise  that one day these customers will thumbs down your organization and you forcefully they have to pack-up your bags from the market and close your organisation.
