Recently I had purcahsed the jiofi device with a 60 GB plan with 3 months validity assuring speeds of 150 MBPS but I was shocked to find out the speed was just 600 Kbps so I contacted customer services after a lot of enquires they just gave me the excuse that they are improving services and I need to be patient and wait for 180 days Firstly this is a fraud how can you sell the services if you know your network isn’t upto the mark on asking them to extend the validity of the services they just are in denial no refund no extension of services and just they keep selling their product and duping customers without any care or concern

same is true with my jio 1 year( recharged Rs1699/-) sim. In Nizamabad District, main local areas, GANGASTHAN we are not getting good and uninterrupted Internet connectivity. poor signal. they are telling us that they are improving it in future! if not satisfied, you may raise issue at appellate, they advised! when they don’t have it, why shouldn’t they inform the same to people before selling recharge plans, at least through newspapers ?
