Snapdeal cancel the order after taking payment

I have booked a Boya M1 Mic on 27th August,2018. Snapdeal was having a offer ?100 off on downloadong the app. This is basically a trap. Now I did the payment online. I was supposed to recieve the order on or before 8th September,2018. But I saw a message stating, “Latest Delivery attempt failed” without my prior knowledge. They didn’t call me or awarded me that I would receive the order on that date. Unprofessional to the core. This thing happened the same day. Now on 5th of September, I was send an message that my order is cancelled.
I am yet to understand what went wrong, that they took the money and now saying Ur order is cancelled. This is a clear case of fraud where they are trying to provoke customers to download app and get the offer then taking the money. After few days cancelling it on their own will. Ridiculous.
