Ordered 128GB Sandisk Pendrive from Snapdeal. Received item on the 29th Dec 2018. Product worth Rs.2149.
Checked with SanDisk to register for Warranty. But later understood that this product is Counterfeit and Barcode numbers do not match with Product Numbers at San Disk Website.
I requested return for the same on the same day within 2 hours of receiving item. But Snapdeal has rejected my request with an Automated email which has no content or reason mentioned about why the return request is rejected.
Also there is no numbers to get in touch with Snapdeal or with their Customer Care. Only means of communication is via email and they keep sending automated response rejecting the return request.
