Snapdeal isn’t providing any help, for the last 28 days they are delaying the return pickup due to which i am facing a major refunding problem.The site is particularly blaming the courier services and it also has the bank details, but any necessary actions aren’t been taken and the return pickup is still not done. if the due time goes they would claim for no refunding. it is very irrelevant and irrational of snapdeal. I would like to firmly take action for the necessary. The invoice date is 8 august 2017 and i placed for a return request on 11 august 2017 which is in the 7 day return policy of the site. but yet no one has come to pick up the product, adidas superstar.
