Snapdeal not arranging reverse pickup

I place an order 20098594361 on 10/10/2017 and got delivery on 17/10/2017. I checked and find the product is defective. So, I have requested to return it but they schedule pick up via Vulcan surface but no one come for pick up. I have send many mail and try to contact their no 9212692126 but it is use only IVR system and I did not reach to customer care.
