I ordered an item from Snapdeal but the transaction got cancelled and order didn’t placed money deducted from my account to Snapdeal account .I made conversation between Snapdeal they told it will credit back within 3 days but no money credited and they told they needed bank statement and I gave that also
It is clearly mention in the bank statement that money credited into Snapdeal account ,now also they are telling that no money is deducted from my account ,how they can say that no money deducted as it is clearly mention in the bank statement and I approach bank also they also told it is credited into Snapdeal account and bank also file complaint against Snapdeal .
Please do take necessary action against such fraud Apps mainly Snapdeal
