I purchased a Sony LED (Bravia) TV last year (now under warranty). some technical problem comes in TV so that i went to sony service center in Dhanbad. They told, ok we will go there tomorrow, they did not come after so many calls also.
Then i called TOLL FREE no. to get help on friday noon 28/4/2017, they told today is not possible but tomorrow definitely technicians will visit at ur home.tomorrow i left office for tv repairing but after so many calls they were saying “just coming-just coming” and day ended but they did not come.
still sometimes i am called to Toll Free no sometimes service center….
they are harassing my and my family…
so i m requesting you ….please do some thing for me
