I had purchased a Sony Xperia XA1 on 30 May 2017. After week the Touchscreen stopped working. So I went to the Sony Service Centre and they replaced the set. Then again after 3 weeks the touchscreen stopped working and again I got the phone replaced. This happened again for 2 more times. In total I have had 4 new sets in the span of 2.5 months. When i went to the Sony Centre they handed me a standby set, which too was not working. I am really tired and frustrated with the situation and the set. I have even asked for a different model from the company and till date no one has replied to me till date. They just send an automated mail. Even the customer service is pathetic.
Request you to please help me get a new Model or refund me the amount along with the compensation.
