This is regarding the complain to Flipkart, from where I have bought a IFB 6 kg Fully automatic washing machine on 5th Oct 2017. They never delivered this item to me, in fact on 10th Oct they updated the status of the order as delivered, that is when I realised issues. When I called there center and raised the complaint on the same day and also cancelled my order.
I received sms from them mentioning the cancellation of the order on 10th Oct. Since that day I am daily calling flipkart customer care and every time they tell me it will take 24hours earlier they told me it will be resolved by 16th Oct, nothing happen. Today is 23rd Oct I have not received my refund. The order value was 17499 and it was done though Credit card. Please support and guide how should I go about and get my refund.
