On 25th march 2018 it was identified that my TATA Sky Set up box power was not getting ON. In the morning at around 7:45 AM I had a discussion the Tata SKy customer care and they had assigned a technician to resolve the issue. The TATA sky technician called us stating that our area is a Local Cable Operaters Area where we cannot fix the issue. Although there is no such clause stating that Tata sky cannot provide service to Local cable operators area.
I took the complete responsibility to provide the technician pick up and drop facility to ensure that the issue is resolved but still they are not willing to come. My last call was with the technician directly . His phone number is 8xxxxxxxxx6. He has straight away cancelled my 4 complaints which we had raised.
The customer care also misguided us since morning . I spoke from the customer care executives till the supervisors more than 4 or 5 times .They also assured me to give a resolution. But the issue is not yet resolved.
Hence I am taking this matter with the consumer court to get justice for the mental pain which I had suffered since morning getting this issue fixed.
