I booked a hotel through GOIBIBO for checking -in on 19th June and Check out on 20th June at Kolkata. I selected Hotel Narayani Enclave for my stay. At the time of booking , i had added my company details and GST number for TAX invoice. During booking , Rs 639/- was charged as GST by GOIBIBO and it was written in booking voucher that i could collect tax break-up invoice from Hotel during check-out.
But during check-out Hotelier denied to provide tax invoice and i logged a complaint with GOIBIBO (complaint no- 28158424) and the representative requested me to leave the hotel and Tax invoice shall be shared with me over mail.
Since 20th June , i am regularly following up the GOIBIBO to provide GST invoice with my company GST number written on it but they have denied and ready to refund the GST amount i.e Rs 639/- and as a remarks they have mentioned that they are just intermediary and don’t take the responsibility of Tax invoice.
As GOIBIBO is just intermediary and don’t take responsibility then why are they collecting GST tax on behalf of Hotels. Kindly help me to get the GST invoice with my company details written on that and charge penalty to them heavily for mentally harassing a tax-payer and misleading a consumer by denying their own hotel policy written at booking voucher.
The booking fare tax break -up is attached along with Booking voucher , tax invoice issued by GOIBIBO and mail of complaint registered

This is the case with me by ClearTrip but they did not offer me the GST back (of course I need a Tax invoice).
