Refund from Snapdeal – Rs.18,999/-: Ms. Dhanya Nair of Pathanamthitta, Kerala (dhanscn[at]gmail.com)  placed an order with Snapdeal for a Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini i9192 Black Mist on Cash on Delivery basis. She could not open the courier before making the amount.  However, after making the payment, she was astonished to find 2 pieces of wood and one piece of stone in the case instead of the mobile. Blue Dart courier company lodged a complaint with Snapdeal and Ms. Nair also lodged a complaint regarding this on 06-03-2014. Even after 6 days Snapdeal wanted more time to deal with the complaint. Ms. Nair posted her complaint with ICF on 12-03-2014 and the issue was taken up with Snapdeal immediately and the issue was resolved by 28-03-2014.
