Replacement by Housefull Furniture:
Dear Mr Nagarajan Sir (India Consumer Forum), With reference to my Complaint ID: ICF24762, I would like to inform you that my wardrobe’s damage panel has been replaced by Housefull Furniture on Tuesday i.e. 18-September-2012 itself (as promised over phone by Housefull Furniture’s customer care / Team). Thanks to India Consumer Forum for their support. Hope to receive the same in future also to me and other customers also.
Refund from Zenify – Rs.13,000/- : Ms. Sneha Joshi of Bangalore 560076, Karnataka availed flat rental services from Zenify. While terminating the services, Zenify refused to refund full amount and applied wrong charges. She posted her complaint on ICF portal on 18-02-2018 and the matter was taken up with the company. Refund from Citrus Checkinns – Rs.20,000/-: Mr. Vineet Mampilly of Navsari, Gujarat (Email: vineet.tm[at]gmail.com) paid on 15-04-2013 a sum of Rs.20,000/- on the basis of the vacation packages offered by the representatives of Citrus Checkinns. Waiver of Charges by ICICI Bank – Rs.1,100/-: Mr. Pankaj Sharma of Sikar 332001, Rajasthan was having a no minimum balance account with Rajasthan Bank which was later merged with ICICI Bank.
