Complaint against Sterling Holidays Resorts:
I was following up with Sterling Holidays for last four months and after a long waiting, I need to take help of Indian Consumer Forum.
Indian Consumer Forum help me a lot with their steps taken to resolve the said issue.

Replacement by Micromax – Rs.9,000/- : Mr. Somanathan M of Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu purchased Micromax Canvas A120 on Sep-2014. He faced problems since December 2014 and submitted the device to the service centre many times. But the issues could not be resolved. He posted his complaint with ICF on 02-03-2015 and the matter was taken up with the company. Complaint against AutoIndia for non-receipt of dues: Mr.S.K.Gupta of Noida, who was contracted by AutoIndia to work as an Auto Expert for their web portal http://www.autoindia.com, had posted a complaint in the Forum on 19-08-2009 with regard to non-receipt of his dues from AutoIndia. Refund from Travolook – Rs.29,775/- : Mr. Arpit Makwana of Thane, Maharashtra tried to book tickets on the portal Travolook however the booking got cancelled due to fare expiration. Customer wrote to the portal for refund however did not receive the same. Customer approached ICF on 15-01-2021 and the matter was taken up with Travolook. Refund from Flipkart.com – Rs.13,732/-: Asif Khan of Kulupwadi Boriwali East, Maharashtra ordered for a Nikon camera on 02-02-2013 with flipkart.com. He received a mail stating that there will be a delay in delivery and therefore Mr. Khan cancelled the order. However, Mr. Khan was surprised to find that the order was delivered despite cancellation. But the supplier (edge infotel) had sent 18 month old imported Fly 50S. Mr. Sable returned the phone with Paytm reverse courier. But he did not receive any replacement or refund. Complaint against Yatra.com for refund – Rs.2,428/-: Ms. Indirani Rao of Mumbai had booked a ticket on GoAir from Mumbai to New Delhi through Yatra.com. After the payment was made, she was advised by Yatra.com that the booking was unsuccessful as no tickets were available. Ms Rao called up the agency to complain, and was assured that the money would be refunded in a week’s time.
