Complaint against Syberplace for refund – Rs.11,476/- : Ramya Gopinath of Chennai 600006, Tamil Nadu ordered 2 mobiles. She later cancelled one order and was waiting for the other order. However, she neither received refund for the cancelled order nor the product for the other order. There was no message from company regarding product delivery or refund. She posted her complaint with ICF on 22-03-2016 and the matter was taken up with the parties concerned. After much follow-up and guidance, the customer got refund confirmation from Payment Gateway on 04-04-2016.
