Complaint against Syberplace for refund – Rs.8,649/-: Ashok Jagtap of Pune 411046, Maharashtra ordered for an Asus zenfone max mobile handset with Syberplace Esolution on 29 feb 2016. He was told that the delivery would be made within 7-13 days. However, he neither got the phone nor refund. There was no assistance from Syberplace. Mr. Jagtap posted his complaint with ICF on 19-03-2016 and the matter was taken up with the parties concerned. After continuous follow-up, the customer got his money back by 9th April 2016.

Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days. Mr. Dasgupta posted his complaint with ICF on 03-05-2017 and the matter was taken up with Micromax. Finally, Mr. Dasgupta got a new replacement pone on 12-05-2017.
