Natasha Naik of Kandivali(east), mumbai-400101, maharastra (Email: natashanaik2@gmail.com) had purchased Karbonn A3 mobile from star cj. and recieved the product on 6/5/2013. She could hardly use it for a week and then the product went blank. She did not get any assistance from Karbonn mobile/Star CJ in resolving the issue. She posted her complaint on 11-06-2013 and the matter was taken up with Star CJ and Karbonn Mobile. She finally got a new phone by 28-06-2013.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
