Refund from Samsung for Samsung Grand 2 – Rs.21,000/-: Mr. Akash Doshi of Mumbai, Maharashtra (akashdoshi009[@]yahoo.in) had persistent complaints with his new Samsung Grand 2. He had made frequent visits and complaints to the service center but still the issue did not get resolved. He posted his complaint with ICF on 06-11-2014 and matter was taken up with Samsung. Refund from Rediff Shopping – Rs.498/-: Parveen Bhalla of Kailash Vatika, Patna, 800010, Bihar (Email: drpavno1[at]gmail.com) ordered for a heavy duty vacuum cleaner with Rediff shopping on 31-05-2014. He received the product but it was of poor quality and was not as described. He registered a complaint with Rediff but got no assistance. Damaged air cooler from PayTM – Rs.7599/- : Mr. Abhishek Verma of Nagawara, Bangalore 560077 placed an order for a Symphony air cooler with PayTM on 31st March 2017 but received a broken piece. Withdrawal transaction failed but amount deducted from HDFC bank account – Rs.2,500/-: Mr Anil Yadav of New Delhi attempted to withdraw Rs.2,500/- from Corpn. Bank ATM against his HDFC Bank Account.
