MakeMyTrip.com fails to pay full refund – Rs.1000/-:
Mr. Soutik Das (das.soutik@indiatimes.com) of Kolkata had received Rs.1,000/- short against the cancellation refund of his air tickets booked through MakeMyTrip.com. He posted a complaint with ICF on 20-01-2010 and ICF pursued the same with MakeMyTrip.com. Mr. Das got back his refund on 25-01-2010.
Refund from Slocum Management – Rs.10,000/-: Mr. Ritesh Kumar of Serilingampally, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (ritesh.keshwathkar[at]gmail.com) paid a sum of Rs.10,000/- against an advance of Rs.20,000/- to Slocum Management Consultancy for YEP. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
