Mobile replaced by Micromax: Mr. Vaibhav Sawaiker of Borivali East, Mumbai 400066, Maharashtra
(sawaiker_vaibhav[at]rediffmail.com) had purchased a Micromax phone on 07-04-2013. Since January 2014, he was having series of problems which could not be rectified even after servicing. He wanted a replacement but Micromax was not willing to do the same. He posted his complaint with ICF on 03-04-2014. After much following up Mr. Sawaiker got replacement first week of May 2014.

Kishore K, Chandanagar, Hyderabad, andhra pradesh Email: kallepu_k(at)yahoo.com bought Dabur honey from satvik shop.com Jan 2 2013 via order no7000018208. They failed to deliver the product even after continuous follow up. They finally said the would refund the money but Mr. Kishore did not get the money. Refund from Makemytrip – Rs.6,865/- : Mrs. Rita Dweltz of Kolkata 700099, West Bengal booked 2 air tickets through Make My Trip on Spicejet and AirAsia flights for 01-04-2020 and 07-04-2020. Complaint against Nivea Soft Cream – Rs.1,529/-: Mrs. Rekha Goyal of Nangal, Punjab (goyal1961@yahoo.co.in) had posted a complaint with ICF on 02-12-2009 with regard to Nivea Soft Cream purchased from the local market. She had stated that her faced swelled on using the cream and she incurred Rs.1,529/- for treatment. ICF submitted the claim to Nivea and on 11-01-2010 Mrs. Rekha Goyal has confirmed that she got refund of cost of nivea soft and medical expenses. Nivea - 11.01.2010

Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
