Ms. Jolsna Rajan, Prashanthnagar, Bangalore 560079, Karnataka (jolsnarajan[at]gmail.com) placed an order for a Shoe Rack on the 14th of March 2013. The delivery time was 29th of March. It was then pushed to April 9th and thereafter she got now i get a message saying the product was delivered even though she had not received. There was no response / action from the customer care. She posted her complaint with ICF on 25-04-2013 and finally got her product delivered by 28-04-2013.

Refund from Zenify – Rs.13,000/- : Ms. Sneha Joshi of Bangalore 560076, Karnataka availed flat rental services from Zenify. While terminating the services, Zenify refused to refund full amount and applied wrong charges. She posted her complaint on ICF portal on 18-02-2018 and the matter was taken up with the company.
