Refund from Craze n demand – Rs.2,800/-:  Mrs. Sunita Baksha, Pune, Maharashtra ordered sarees from crazendamand from their site vide Orders No. 20820 and 20821 dt. 27 March 2018 by paying Rs.2,800/-.  She received the sarees on 30th March 2018. After opening the package, it was found that the sarees were totally different from those seen on their website. She sent an email to them requesting refund but there was no reply. She contacted them over phone daily but to no avail. She posted her complaint at ICF on 05-04-2018 and the matter was taken up with the shopping portal. Subsequently, the products were taken back by the portal and refund processed by 8th May 2018.
