Wrongful demand from Zoomcar – Rs.6,000/- : Mr. Avisek Chakraborty, Kolkata 700050, West Bengal availed car rental service from zoomcar in Bangalore on 16-12-2018. He had used the car for extra one hour and for which he paid additiona hire charges however the customer was presented with a demand Notice for additional Rs.6000/-. Customer had posted his complaint with ICF on 24-12-2018 and the matter was taken up with them. Finally, Zoomcar agreed to waive the demand and close the matter. Kolkata 700050, West Bengal

Complaint against Reliance General Insurance / Medi Assist India TPA – Rs.32,643/-: Prashant Moda of Delhi (Email: modapkbl(at)rediffmail.com), had submitted his mediclaim bill with Medi Assist India, TPA of Reliance General Insurance in June 2009. The claim was not settled till January 2010 when he posted the complaint with ICF and ICF took up the complaint with Reliance/Mediassist. His claim was finally settled on 13-05-2010 for Rs.32.643. Refund from Air Asia – Rs.14,036/- : Mr. Soumavo Sarkar of Bangalore 560083, Karnataka booked 2 tickets with AirAsia for 14th June 2020, flight number – I5-1982 via website happyeasygo.com. The total ticket costing was Rs. 14,036.00. However on 30th May, 2020, the airlines cancelled the flight due to operational reasons and customer got the confirmation on registered mobile number with no confirmation about the refund. Refund from Shopclues – Rs.673/- : Ms. Sujatha Nair of Fort, Mumbai ordered (130128180) for Micro Fibre 3 Double Bedsheets with 6 pillow covers on 24/10/17 with Shoplcues but they sent her one Doormat instead. The customer sent numerous emails to Shopclues but there was no action on their part to resolve the issue. Refund from Snapdeal – Rs.10,000/- : Mr. Kakarla Chandra Shekar, Kadapa Dist, Proddatur, AP 516360 had returned WYBER TV to Snapdeal on 28-02-2017 by incurring courier charges, as wrong product was delivered. Customer charged for unsolicited debit card – Complaint against ICICI Bank: Dr. Boopathi Manickam of Madurai (psbmmba@yahoo.co.in) posted a complaint with ICF with regard to ICICI bank debiting charges on account of debit card issued by the bank but was not received by Dr. Manickam. Refund from Swiggy for non-delivery – Rs.477/-: Mr. Uttam Shah of Borivali (west), Mumbai 400092 placed order for food from Kiku’s restaurant, Borivali west through Swiggy on 31.01.21 @7.47 pm.
