Refund from Digigrains – Rs.6500/- : Ms. Prachi Wadhwani of Ahmedabad 380058, Gujarat paid Rs.8,948/- to Digigrains for their services to handle and boost sales of her Amazon account. However, the customer was not satisfied with the services provided by Digigrains and sought refund which they denied. Ms. Wadhwani posted her complaint with ICF on 10-07-2021 and the matter was taken up with Digigrains and Amazon. After follow-up and negotiations, the customer got a refund of Rs.6500/- and the matter was resolved.
