Refund from GoIbio – Rs.1,957/- – Mr. Ishaan Jaimini of Ahmedabad 380015, Gujarat had booked 3 flight tickets saperately in the month of may by HDFC Smartbuy website using his credit card. Due to operational reason the flight was cancelled by the airlines itself. They refunded the amount to goibibo immediately in 30 mins and GoIbibo confirmed the customer that he will get refund within 3 hrs to HDFC SMartbuy account. However, even after three weeks and many mails, he did not get his refund. The customer posted his complaint with ICF on 13-07-2016 and the matter was taken with the parties concerned. Finally, customer got refund on 20-07-2016 after some deduction.
