Refund from Harp Shack – Rs.3,399/- : Mr. Hariom Vyas of Jaisalmer 345001, Rajasthan ordered Harp Divine 3 earphone from their site and received defective product. He sent mail to them but did not get any response. He posted his complaint with ICF on 20-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them. After follow-ups, the customer got his refund by 12-08-2020.
