Refund from PayTM – Rs.14,995/- : Javed Akhtar of Kota 324005, Rajasthan had ordered “Casio G-Shock GG-1000-1A3DR(G662) Analog digital watch for men” from paytm on 01-11-2017. Order was of worth 14995. However, he received a different watch on November 3. He raised return request on same day but there was no reply from Paytm for long time. After many days suddenly Paytm replied that the return request is rejected. Mr. Akhtar posted his complaint with ICF 07-12-2017 and the matter was taken up with PayTM. After follow-ups, Mr. Akhtar received refund on 11-12-2017.
