Refund from Recall Techno Estate – Rs.1,860/- : Ms. Shikha Srivastava, Ballia, UP paid Rs.2,394/- to Recall Techno Estate towards job offer call received from AGT India Career Services. However, after paying the initial money, she was again asked to pay more money which was not disclosed to her earlier. The customer asked for refund of money but the firm was not responding. She posted her complaint with ICF on 23-11-2015 and the matter was taken up with the company. She finally got her refund, after deduction of charges, by 11-12-2015.
